Octo-girl

Monthly check in - month 8. I'm coming to you from the great state of Texas where the family and I have been for a week and a half. We are having a great time! Nana and Opa have a jumperoo at their house, which is totally awesome, and I also got to spend some time with my cousins, Luke and Abby. The big news of the month is that I can finally sit up all by myself! Once I figured it out, I caught on quickly, and now bath time is so much more fun! I feel so free. I am also starting to move around a little bit more. I can scoot backwards and roll over to change the view, but I'm not quite crawling yet. Maybe I'll just start running instead. Happy Father's Day, Daddy!

Today was Paul's first Father's Day, and Lily did not disappoint. She was adorable and smiled for him all day long. We hope all the other great Dads out there had a wonderful day!
